Course Objectives:
- Familiarizing the participants with the latest concepts of strategic planning for procurement, developing their skills in local and international procurement processes, providing them with effective negotiation skills, developing their abilities to choose the appropriate procurement method, how to complete commercial correspondence and contracting, and how to select efficient suppliers. This program aims to train participants on how to monitor and confirm the quality of suppliers, whether they provide the organization with raw materials, semi-manufactured parts, or services, by setting controls that ensure that they obtain quality that is compatible with the appropriate level for them.
