Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

 
  • Define project management frameworks, processes, and tools in compliance with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
  • Apply financial and non-financial models to select the right project that aligns with overall organization strategy
  • Construct project diagrams, schedules, and plans and use different techniques, including critical path and critical chain methods, to analyze project schedules and plans in-depth and develop plans and roadmaps for agile projects
